Supporting growth long-term
Capital Access was appointed in 2012 with the task of introducing this £200m mkt cap REIT to new and uncovered investors.
Over that time, we have organised 7-9 roadshows a year across London, Scotland, Dublin, the North West, Yorkshire, the Midlands, the South West, and Channel Islands.

Over 600 investors have been met with during this period, with 300+ since 2020.

Since COVID, 39% of meetings have results in buying action, with ownership of the REIT's shares by this investor audience increasing by over 50%.

The REIT has grown to £1.2bn mkt cap and to a member of the FTSE 250.
