Panu
Stella joined CAG in February 2024 as non-executive chairman following the MBO. Stella was a founding partner at Maven Capital Partners in 2009 until its sale in 2021. Stella led the AIM Investment team and was an active investor in numerous public and private companies. She has previously worked at Aberdeen Asset Management, Seymour Pierce and PWC. She has held numerous non-executive directorships and is on the board of two AIM companies.

Richard Feigen
Richard has 25 years’ experience, having previously been ranked No.1 in Growth Company Magazine's list of Movers and Shakers. Richard has been offering senior advice to companies since 1995. He ran Seymour Pierce until 2010, where he led the firm from a small brokerage to the UK’s top ranked AIM broker and advisor. He joined Capital Access group in 2015.

Ian Barbour
Ian came to the city in 1995, and has worked in financial and legal support services, consulting and communications. He joined Capital Access Group in October 2016 and is responsible for the smooth running of the company. A former army officer and former pro bono director of British Bobsleigh.

Oliver joined Capital Access Group in 2010. In 2014, he moved to the Analytics Team, providing investor targeting and analytics. He currently heads up the corporate access team. His spare time comprises travelling and following Tottenham Hotspur forever optimistically.

Alex MacEwen
Alex joined CAG as a consultant in 2022. Previously he was a Director and Head of Investment Trust Sales at BlackRock, before leaving in 2018 to launch The Wealth Consultant. Prior to BlackRock Alex served for 7 years in the Army. Alex enjoys outdoor pursuits in particular rugby, skiing, and tennis, and has a passion for gardening, and a growing interest in art.

Colin Smith
Colin joined Capital Access in 2023 to head up research. He brings thirty years' experience as a highly rated sell-side analyst, primarily in energy and industrials following a 10-year stint in the oil industry. He has a demonstrated track record working across the full range of market caps in both developed and developing markets. Colin is working towards bilingualism in Russian and would like to be better at golf than he is.

Sarah Godfrey
Sarah has almost three decades’ experience covering investment trusts as a journalist, PR, analyst and freelance writer. After editing Bloomberg Money and International Investment magazines, she worked at F&C Investments and J.P. Morgan Asset Management, providing PR, marketing and copywriting support to their investment trust businesses, and then spent eight years as a senior investment trust analyst at issuer-paid research provider Edison, before going freelance in 2022. Sarah holds the Investment Management Certificate.

Maria Kacmarova
Maria joined Capital Access Group in 2014 as a Administration Executive. She has recently graduated from further education with a distinction in HNC Business Management and is now looking for her next step to take in further education. Maria enjoys hiking, wine & travelling.
James Hartgill
James is part of the of Analytics Team at Capital Access. He spent a year on the Access Advisory team before moving to help develop and scale the Analytics product. He has a degree in Economics and International Relations. In his spare time, James enjoys cycling, climbing and photography.
Alexander Valentine
Having graduated with a degree in Politics & Economics, Alexander worked for Citi Private Bank as a Hedge Fund Analyst. Most recently, Alexander worked for Rothschild in Communications/Investor Relations within Capital Markets . Outside of work, Alexander is a keen Wasps fan and has represented Reading Uni Rugby as well as the Wasps academy.
Faezeh Chizari
Faezeh joined Capital Access Group in early 2021 as Senior Investor Relations Executive. Having worked in Corporate Communications with FTSE 350 companies. Faezeh has a Master's degree in Marketing Communication and a Certificate in Investor Relations (CIR). In her spare time, she enjoys reading, travelling and social sports.
Irina Gugoasa
Irina joined CAG in January 22. Graduating from Warwick with a BSc in Economics and an MSc in Management and Entrepreneurship with Imperial College. Irina joined Commerzbank as an Equity Derivatives Sales Analyst, followed by working at Ocado in Commercial Finance. Irina enjoys snowboarding, running, and exploring the London culinary scene.
Munkhtuul Gantumur
Munkhtuul joined Capital Access Group in 2021 as an Investor Relations Executive having graduated from the University of Edinburgh with Economics and Finance Honours degree. Outside of work, she enjoys playing piano, reading, and practicing pilates.
James Wood
James joined Capital Access in July 2021, having graduated from his Economics, Finance and Banking degree in 2020. He is an Investor Relations Executive, and he also helps the analytics team in areas like business development. Most of his spare time is spent following Arsenal in despair and playing Rugby.
